Summary
- You can delete your account directly from the Profile → Account → Delete Account section in the Mumi app.
- If you cannot access the app, you can send an email to support@mumiworld.com requesting account deletion.
- Once deletion is confirmed, all personal data linked to your account will be removed (details below).
Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)
- Open the Mumi app and go to the Profile section.
- Select Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice if prompted and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: If supported, you can also use the deep link mumi://delete-account to start deletion.
Alternative Method: Request by Email
If you are unable to access the app, send an email from your registered address to support@mumiworld.com including the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A short statement confirming: “I request the deletion of my account.”
What Happens After Deletion?
- Deleted: Profile information, email address, user ID, app history, and personal settings.
- May be retained (for legal or transactional purposes): payment receipts, refund logs, and fraud-prevention records required by law.
- Third-party services: Your authentication provider (e.g., Google Sign-In) and subscription manager (e.g., Google Play Billing, RevenueCat) will also process deletion requests as required.
Processing Time & Confirmation
- In-app deletion is initiated immediately; backend removal is completed within 72 hours.
- Email requests are verified and processed within 30 days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Data Security
All deletion requests are processed through secure channels. All transmissions are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. No unnecessary data is stored.
